The Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) is the world’s largest single-marque social organization for owners and riders of Honda Gold Wing/Valkyrie motorcycles — and some would say, the world’s largest family. Dedicated to our motto, Friends for Fun, Safety and Knowledge, GWRRA members enjoy the freedom of belonging to a not-for-profit, non-religious and non-political organization.
Founded in 1977, GWRRA has grown to more than 80,000 U.S., Canadian and international members in 53 foreign countries in just 32 years. Over 800 active Chapters are managed by 4,000 volunteer leaders working with members to foster safe, enjoyable riding while also working to improve the public image of motorcycling.

FL1-W is a local Chapter located in Apopka, FL and we are known as the Go-Fur-Wings.
Chapter Gatherings are the 2nd Saturday of every month at 4:30 pm , at the Perkins, 989 W Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, FL 32712. Restaurant phone 407-464-1507

Interested to join the club. How best to proceed? I recently bought a Gold Wing, before owned HDs and BMW’s.

Good to hear from you and congratulations on your gold wing. We would be glad to have you join our chapter. The best way to join GWRRA is just by going to their website at http://www.GWRRA.org. If they ask (and you don’t mind) say that you were referred by Kevin Lang #247828 and that you wish to join the FL1-W Chapter. I think the cost is only $50 a year, but there are a lot benefits that come with it (with a monthly magazine, towing and many discounts). Our next Chapter meeting is on May 12th at the Perkins in Apopka (989 W Orange Blossom Tr, Apopka). We eat at 4:30pm and meet at 5:30pm. You are welcome at any of our events listed on the calendar, just come. Hope to see you soon.
